ok, so the point counting thing didn't really work yesterday. i'm not giving up, but i just have to get used to doing it again.  but i really started about 3 days ago cutting a bit of binging out and lower calorie snacks and healthier foods all together. so although i was still eating more then i should, i have lost about 3 lbs. ok, so don't hate me. my body is just built to lose weight fast. which makes me kind of a douche because i should be SKINNY!

my face feels a bit thinner along with my waist.

let's hope i keep the motivation.

last night i made homemade granola to make yogurt parfaits. i meant to sprinkle milled flax seed in with it while i was baking it and forgot. ARGH!

so this morning i had a parfait with lowfat yogurt, granola and strawberries.

so my first day wasn't perfect. my sister wanted to eat at our cousin's deli, so i obliged. the sandwich wasn't bad, it was the mayonaise based dip that was used with every bite inluding the greasy potato chips. so i gave myself large points for that.

for dinner the kid and i had leftover beef strogonaf. i did eat a fairly large portion, but it was made with 96% lean beef, low fat sour cream, low fat cream soup and 1% milk. and i had peas.

before dinner i had a fat free pudding cup. i believe that is 2 pts.

so all in all, i maybe come just a few points over. i like to eat at night a lot, so i will allow myself a 1pt WW candy later.

it  says i haven't updated in 55 weeks.

today i started counting points again. i have actually not gained a pound since my last post. i have kept it all off. in the end i lost 30 lbs and eventually topped it off at 35 lbs. and then lost another 5 which put me at 40 lbs lost. however, those 5 lbs keep coming and going. its actually a crutch for me and i don't want it anymore. so, that is why i'm counting points again.

my goal is to lose 10 lbs

for breakfast i had:

a small(and i mean small) blueberry muffin with oats. its one of those 90 calorie snack thingies. luckily it has 2 grams of fiber, which isn't terribly high, but you'd be surprised at how most of our foods contain no fiber. it was only (1pt) . next time i will heat it up with some no calorie spray butter. the amount was plenty because i can enjoy and be fufilled with a very small breakfast.
i also had 1/2 cup of no sugar added grapefruit juice. my favorite. yummy. at first i counted that it was 2 pointes, but i figured that was worth it. but when i measure out a cup that was way more then i needed! so i halved it and only consumed (1pt)

I'm still between 35 and 37 lbs. I really need to start counting points again because I am binge eating, but it seems to be working with my metabolism.....which is apparently through the roof right now. I need to excersise badly, but I'm just too damn lazy. I need a personal trainer.

I miss my scale. I am one of those who get on more then once a day. I know that sounds sad, but I've read articles lately that say people who weigh themselves once a day, week or month stay thinner then those who don't. I'm guessing its because you take notice when you start to pack on some pounds. Before I started WW's I gained another 5lbs and I said, NOPE and lost it immediately. If I hadnt of been weighing myself it would have gotten worse.

I have been so hungry the past 2 days. I kinda feel like I've been pigging out, but when I add up my points I'm actually coming under. I havent been feeling that great lately though, even though others are noticing...I think its because I'm still in my old clothes and I feel frumpy. I need to go get myself a few outfits.

I've been a little more active, but I still need to start a daily exercise routine because I want to have the rest of this weight off by October!

I havent been counting my points. I still use my book for when I'm creating a WW friendly dinner, but now I'm just applying what I have learned. I am making wise choices of both healthier foods and portion sizes. Its actually such a great feeling and I'm proud of myself. I just know that I have stayed within my points and at the end of the day I'm happy and anxious for how I'm going to look in a few months.

I have put a few pounds back on from my rapid weight loss the last few days. I was kinda fasting, but have gotten back on track and doing great! I'm at about 12lbs lost. When I lose about 3 more pounds, I'll be needing less points...and I have already dropped the breastfeeding points because I read when the baby is using food and milk for their daily nutrients, you use the regular point system...oops! I cant believe I lost what I did then.

I have lost around 12-15 lbs.

Unfortunetly, the past three days my body has put me into fasting mode. I just havent been feeling too well and food/drink seems gross to me. Today my appetite is back a bit and I can tell my stomach has shrunk because all I could eat was a piece of turkey bacon for breakfast....had to leave the last bite and a sandwich for lunch which has left me feeling really stuffed!

My body has already started a huge transformation. Every part of me looks better and this is the exact motivation I needed. I love weight watchers! My face and arms were showing the first signs of losing weight, now my belly is close to being flat again, my love handles(thanks to my son..haha) are disappearing and my legs look better then they have in a long time...and oh yeah....very minimal cellulite!

My legs/hips have a LONG way to go because they have always been my biggest problem area. I think even if I lose my goal weight, I may need surgery to fix them...they're just ugly!

I'm only giving myself 2 extra points for b'feeding because he's over a year and I'm not sure if thats the same as when he was younger.  So, for now on I only have 26 points for the day.

This morning, before I ate breakfast I've had 10 full days of WW and I have lost 5lbs.

No, I haven't given up. I've just been really busy!

I've been missing for 3 days, I think. The first day I did use a few flex points, but I didnt really count to the tee any of my points that day. I stayed pretty close. The 2nd day I made sure I didnt go over my points, but I don't think I kept track on paper and if I did, I have no idea where it is. 

yesterday:

(B): three egg whites, scrambled(3)
(L): Lite oatmeal bread, 2 slices(2) with salsalito turkey(1), 1 t. mayo(1)
(S): WW choc. cake(1)
(D): chicken parmesan. I made an 8pt version and it was YUMMY!m(8)


3 skinless, boneless chicken breast coated in I can't believe it's not butter©(1 T. is 1 pt) and that covered all three breast and salt, pepper and italian seasoning. Then it was covered in plain bread crumbs(2pt for 1/4 cup...divided for all 3 breasts). I baked it at 400° for 10 minutes on each side.

While that was baking, I sauteed a can of whole tomatoes(0) that I crushed in the blender with 2T of olive oil(2), basil and oregano and about a (1/2 pt of parmigiano regiano..yes, the real stuff). We had whole wheat spaghetti(9pts for 6 oz...2 oz each).

I had a salad, but I didnt eat it because I was stuffed!

I cut the chicken into 4oz pieces (4pts)



top spaghetti with tomato basil and set the chicken on top or to the side.

All of that together is 8.833 points, but with about 2oz each cut off the chicken breasts and the fact that I used less then the 2oz. of pasta(there was a good bit leftover) I rounded it down to 8 for each portion.



then for dessert I had another WW chocolate cake(1) with 1/2 cup coffee icecream(4) and less then (1/2pt) of chocolate sauce.


....then I had a breakdown and ate half a snickers bar. (3.5)

I've had a very busy last two days, so lets see if I can count everything.

Last night I had a WW dinner. It was the turkey, gravy and mashed potatoes for (4). It was the best so far.

Then later I had a salad(2) and a small bite of pad tai(~3) and some M&M's(3). This is all a guess. I have kinda learned about what everything should be since I cant keep my head out of the book!d



...so it was about 24 for the day.
