it says i haven't updated in 55 weeks.
today i started counting points again. i have actually not gained a pound since my last post. i have kept it all off. in the end i lost 30 lbs and eventually topped it off at 35 lbs. and then lost another 5 which put me at 40 lbs lost. however, those 5 lbs keep coming and going. its actually a crutch for me and i don't want it anymore. so, that is why i'm counting points again.
my goal is to lose 10 lbs
for breakfast i had:
a small(and i mean small) blueberry muffin with oats. its one of those 90 calorie snack thingies. luckily it has 2 grams of fiber, which isn't terribly high, but you'd be surprised at how most of our foods contain no fiber. it was only
(1pt) . next time i will heat it up with some no calorie spray butter. the amount was plenty because i can enjoy and be fufilled with a very small breakfast.
i also had 1/2 cup of no sugar added grapefruit juice. my favorite. yummy. at first i counted that it was 2 pointes, but i figured that was worth it. but when i measure out a cup that was way more then i needed! so i halved it and only consumed
